We offer a turnkey project management capability to fulfil your mezzanine projects from initial enquiry through to finished installations.
What does that mean in practice? Our dedicated design team will work closely with you, your architects and contractors, every step of the way, to ensure exceptional quality and the seamless integration of your mezzanine goods lifts.
For each mezzanine lift, we provide comprehensive site surveys, customised product design, installation and training. General assembly drawings and lift footprint models can be sent to architects for inclusion in site plans or layouts.
At the end of the day, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and services. That’s what you expect. That’s what we aim for.
Our team of mechanical and design engineers will liaise with you and your architects to ensure you get the best possible mezzanine lift for each site and application. All our lift designs are stress-engineered by chartered engineers. Each goods lift design is customisable to suit your specific needs.
For retrofit projects at existing sites, we will carry out site surveys to assess the particular requirements and constraints in the building, and to ensure the correct build dimensions for your lift.
Getting your lift design right is, of course, critical to the success of your project. Using the latest 2D and 3D CAD software, we can provide you, your architects and contractors with technical drawings at each stage of the project.
In our experience, communication is key. We might challenge certain aspects of the design, if we think something else might work better for you. And we are happy to answer any questions you may have, too, as the project progresses.
Design
All our mezzanine lifts are manufactured to the highest quality standards at our South Yorkshire production facility. Transdek is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
By keeping design and manufacture under one roof, we are able to drive a continuous innovation programme as well as offering flexible designs and customised products. It also means we can manage lead times to ensure you get your products exactly when you want them.
Our modular mezzanine goods lifts are built for a lifetime of reliable operation, whether in self storage units, retail stores, warehouses or factories.
Production
Our unique range of modular mezzanine lifts are designed for rapid installation – typically in 1.5 days – so we can fulfil each project on time, within budget, and with minimal onsite cost and disruption. We can hold stocks of machines off site ready for scheduled fitting and to facilitate short lead times.
We typically install our free-standing lifts directly on to your floor, but pit-mounting is also an option. The free standing lift shaft is simply fixed to the ground and to the mezzanine floor/s, enabling smooth, flexible integration at your site.
Our install teams are all CSCS certified and SAFE contractor approved.
Installation
