Planned preventative maintenance will allow for continuous use of your equipment and help to prolong the life of your lift. For our mezzanine lifts, we generally recommend PPM servicing every 6-12 months (depending on intensity of usage).
On top of this, support via phone or online with technical assistants is available to you as and when you need it.
All our mezzanine floor lifts are fitted with an HMI touch screen which shows an overview of your mezzanine lift’s diagnostics.
This feature can increase self-fix rates by as much as 80%, significantly reducing maintenance and repair costs. These HMI touch screens come as standard with all our latest mezzanine lifts and can be managed by your in-house technicians with the training we provide.
