Once your lift installation is complete, the process shouldn’t end there. Service and maintenance are an integral process in ensuring our mezzanine floor lifts continue to offer you reliable and optimal operation whenever you need.
Our sister company, Fen-Bay Services, can provide all of our clients with the very best servicing and aftercare through dedicated service level agreements, warranties, and planned preventative maintenance contracts.
With a wide network of over 100 service engineers offering 24/7 call outs around the clock, Fen-Bay Services can support your operations with exceptional response times (within 2-4 hours) and first-time fix rates.
Fen-Bay Services have a range of service level agreements available that can be tailored to your specific operational requirements on all makes of goods lift – not just ours.

Planned preventative maintenance will allow for continuous use of your equipment and help to prolong the life of your lift. For our mezzanine lifts, we generally recommend PPM servicing every 6-12 months (depending on intensity of usage).
On top of this, support via phone or online with technical assistants is available to you as and when you need it.
All our mezzanine floor lifts are fitted with an HMI touch screen which shows an overview of your mezzanine lift’s diagnostics.
This feature can increase self-fix rates by as much as 80%, significantly reducing maintenance and repair costs. These HMI touch screens come as standard with all our latest mezzanine lifts and can be managed by your in-house technicians with the training we provide.
